At RuknOman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, here is our refund and return policy.

Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Personal care items (hair tools, massagers) that have been used

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
